The 150th Session of the Indiana Grand Chapter will be Friday, June 13 - Sunday June 15, 2025 at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana
Session Information:
The Grand Chapter Session is the annual meeting of the Indiana Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. Its purpose is to conduct the business of the Grand Chapter and to celebrate and honor members and guests. This year's session includes the following special guests:

Formerly Muncie’s Federal Building, the Horizon Convention Center features a glass-enclosed pavilion, outdoor terrace, and the classical splendor of the lobby’s original interior. A 1996 expansion increased the facility’s meeting space to 47,000 square feet.
Headquarters Hotel
Courtyard Muncie at Horizon Convention Center, 601 South High Street, Muncie.
Attached by an enclosed walk way to the Horizon Convention Center. The Arc of Indiana built the Courtyard to serve as training and teaching institute for persons with disabilities.
This facility offers the Courtyard Bistro/Coffee Shop (Star Bucks) which serves simple and quick breakfast items, an indoor swimming pool, 1925 PubHouse Restaurant offering lunch, dinner and room service, an exercise room and an attached 400-space parking garage (free to guests of the hotel and convention center).

For the convenience of our members staying in any of the overflow hotels, arrangements have been made with the City Parks and Recreation of Muncie to provide COMPLIMENTARY bus transportation between the three overflow hotels to the Horizon Convention Center. Also, if you choose to drive to the Convention Center, parking is free in the 400-space parking garage attached to the Center. All overflow hotels are within a 5-10 minute drive of the Convention Center.
