LODGING INFORMATION

Headquarters Hotel: Courtyard Muncie at Horizon Convention Center, 601 South High Street, Muncie. Room rate is $139 plus applicable taxes. Phone 765-287-8550 (Refer to Order of the Eastern Star)

Attached by an enclosed walk way to the Horizon Convention Center. The Arc of Indiana built the Courtyard to serve as training and teaching institute for persons with disabilities, so please be patient when you are working with the staff.

This facility offers the Courtyard Bistro/Coffee Shop (Star Bucks) which serves simple and quick breakfast items, an indoor swimming pool, 1925 PubHouse Restaurant offering lunch, dinner and room service, an exercise room and an attached 400-space parking garage (free to guests of the hotel and convention center). All rooms do have a refrigerator.

OVERFLOW HOTELS

For the convenience of our members staying in any of the overflow hotels, arrangements have been made with the City Parks and Recreation of Muncie to provide COMPLIMENTARY bus transportation between the three overflow hotels to the Horizon Convention Center. Also, if you choose to drive to the Convention Center, parking is free in the 400-space parking garage attached to the Center. All overflow hotels are within 5-10 minute drive of the Convention Center.

Hampton Inn and Suites: 4220 W. Bethel Avenue, Muncie. Room rate is $134 plus applicable taxes. Phone 765-288-8500 (Refer to Indiana Grand Chapter of the Eastern Star) (Rooms at this rate will be available for reservation until May 10, 2024. After that date, rooms will be subject to availability.)
